Completely disgusted.

How do you change around your mood when you’re really upset/pissed/etc? I have never really figured out how to not give slight attitude to my sentences when I find myself in these moods. I try to relax, take deep breaths. The ten deep breaths? Works for about five minutes or less. Maybe food would help? But I don’t want to become dependent on food, I’ll get fat. Reading? No books at the moment. Ugh. Whatever. Im taking a nap. First strategy.
