I can’t seem to eat unhealthy anymore.

Not ALL unhealthy things, but just a few I’ve noticed so far.

At work I normally just drink water or ice tea. I don’t particularly like soda, so I almost never drink it. There are RARE occasions when it gets REALLY busy, and we’ve been running around for three hours. At that point I feel like I’m going to pass out, so I need a sugar rush, and soda is the quickest and most convenient way. Last weekend, I drank one cup of DrPepper, and not five minutes after I felt terrible. Like I was going to throw up. I felt dizzy and weak, it was gross. It made me NEVER want to drink soda again. Eck.

My friends Zerik, Hiram, and Marla and I always go to WingStop whenever Zerik is back in town from the Marines. It’s like our hangout spot. Last time we met up was about a month ago? I split some wings and fries with Marla, so I ate maybe 5 or 6 wings total, and half of the fries. Again, I didn’t feel right. I don’t normally eat wings, either. I avoid fried food as much as possible (minus those damn egg rolls at work). I felt weird. Like my body wasn’t accepting the food. They tasted great, hell yeah! But I guess my stomach was unsettled.

I thought nothing of it at first. Maybe it was just bad wings? Whatevs. Until yesterday. Duy and I decided to eat at BW3. We split 18 wings and a basket of wedges. The wedges came out first, so we devoured them! So good. I was getting a little full so I stopped to save room for the wings, which hadn’t come out yet. But the wedges were getting cold, and I knew that by the time I’d had a few wings, the wedges would be cold/lukewarm and not good enough to consume anymore. So.. I did what I shouldn’t have and ate some more. When our wings finally came, I was already pretty damn full. Oh, I also ordered a Huckleberry Lemonade. THOSE are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. I finished almost two before the wings came, lol. So, needless to say, I was beyond full. Yet, I ate some wings anyway. Only two down before I realized something wasn’t right. I literally felt like my stomach was going to explode open and my wings were going to fly everywhere :( I was extremely nauseous as well. It was really bad. I sat there, closed my eyes as Duy kept eating, and tried to relax. Drank some water to try to calm my tummy. Nothing helped. Went to the restroom to see if I needed to poo, ended up burping and feeling better. Back at the table, the feeling came back. I knew it was coming, too. I been out for drinks too many times to NOT know when I’m going to vomit. And, while in the restroom of the restaurant I’m eating at, I threw up. Every. Single. Thing. I. Ate. What a godamn waste of fucking money. I was so disgusted. But, I did feel better. -____- I shall avoid wings from now on.

I don’t know what my body is telling me. I’m sure I can still drink soda and eat wings, but maybe in moderation? Idk what that means, though. One sip and one wing before I vomit again? It’s sad. At least I can still eat sweets. Would die without chocolate.
